Spoons Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Christiansburg

Glad to see a froyo option in Cburg. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and she offered to help with anything if needed. And when I was done making my bowl she was quick to get me rang out. Very good, attentive service. There are currently a limited number of flavor choices, but still a good variety. The pricing is not by weight and instead by cup size. The cup size I got is $5, then there are a couple other size options as well as cones and floats available to choose from. There are numerous toppings and drizzled available but most are desert style. There were a couple of fruit options but I would love to see more of those like blueberries, raspberry, pineapple. I got the cake batter yogurt and topped it with heath, waffle cone, and strawberries. It was delicious and I will visit again. We stopped by on Thursday evening (7/24) around 7:30p and the place was completely empty except for someone who was paying for his yogurt. The employee who was working never spoke to us when we entered and after she finished the transaction, she disappeared. We walked back to get yogurt and the floor was so sticky that our shoes were literally sticking. We saw a sign that said 4oz cups were available for kids and seniors upon request. I walked back to the front to get one and yelled “excuse me” 4 times and she never came out. We finally left and went to Sweet Frog. Honestly one of the worst frozen yogurt experiences I have ever had. My girlfriend and I were yelled at by the short female employee working the counter for trying to use the vanilla yogurt handle. She claimed we were trying to break it but we were literally just using it how it was supposed to be used (it is not rocket science.) There was also NO SIGN saying that it wasn't ready and there was yogurt coming out so I really don't understand why she was so angry at us for trying to get the stuff!

This place is bad news, the bad customer service on top of the prison cell atmosphere is a no-go! Which sucks because we were really excited to try out a new Froyo...
