We are still suffering the pain even several years went by. We went to this facility by an accident, we went to the next door the oil paintings and mirror store first. On the way out we saw this Oak Outlet Plus Closet. We went in and talked to the owner David. All went well and we started the closet cabinet project. Here are our findings.

1. Their cabinets inside wood surfaces finish have not been polished, they are rough, and they do not polish at all;
2. They do charge the delivery fee ($125 per trip);
3. Prior to installing the cabinets, they do not remove any crown moldings or ground moldings.
4. The double door lines are not even lined up with the draws on the bottom portion of the cabinet.

Worst thing was when I saw the rough cabinet surface, David just gave me a sand paper and shown me “Hey, it is easy, just use it to polish.”

When I first met David, I trusted him and we got along fine. He was very helpful and quoted a good price. But the quality and workmanship was not there. On one of my drawers, they used a screw that was too short to go all the way through the wood and into the handle. As a result, the handle is unstable and has marked up the drawer. When I told David this, he told me that this problem “ Has zero to do with workmanship that the screws that came with the handles were the wrong size.” Had he told me this, I would have happily bought the correct size of screw. They did offer to fix the drawer if I came to their factory in National City, but since it was their fault, I felt that they should come to my house to fix the problem. Anyway, David neither replied to my text message nor came to fix my drawer. In addition, in numerous locations, the paint has already chipped off and it's only been about six months since they painted...

After looking all over San Diego County i found this place in Chula Vista oak outlet plus I was looking for an extra piece to put into my bathroom I went in and asked if they could make it for me Not only did he design it he walked me through the whole process So I decided to go with them David designed a custom cabinet with pullout drawers. He actually took the time to take me to his factory.
