Burlington — Local services in Cicero

I don't understand how this location has 4 stars. If it were possible, I'd give it 0 . This is my 1st time giving a bad review I hope it helps in getting things working better in this location.

Employees are lazy, very slow, and rudely complaining about how the customers are asking for another cash register to be open 🙄 when there's a huge huge line and only 1 or 2 are open 🤔 ( if it weren't for the customers, they wouldn't have the job here !!! ) it's like if this store only has 3 employees 🤦‍♀️, the store is messy. The restrooms aren't available, which is a huge issue when mom customers have to change a diaper or take the kids to the restroom 😒 Fitting rooms aren't available either!!! it's very clear that management is extremely poor!!! Don’t have enough cashiers every time you go in there you be in the line for 30 mins the store be unorganized and the bathroom nasty and no tissue in the woman’s bathroom In either of the stalls. Also I feel like that Burlington should have tester perfumes and colognes because how do you know if you like a perfume or cologne when purchasing for yourself or as a gift for someone? I asked a cashier If I could smell a perfume I was buying and she said no I asked what if I don’t like it? And she stated it’s policy and I was asking so if I walk out the door and spray it and I don’t like I can come back and get refund she said yes . Has a decent selection but some of the staffing choices is… questionable? I asked a middle aged woman with glasses in the dressing room section for the code to the washroom and instead of telling me or saying she would send someone she told me to just go there and wait for an employee to come over to open it or another customer to walk out to use the washroom. Needless to say I waited quite a bit and it seemed very lazy on her end. Had it been an emergency, it would not have been ideal. Otherwise the other staff seemed fine but the store was a bit messy.
