Terrible experience. The employees don't even know their own policies/ procedures set forth by Dollar Tree. They were also rude. I tried to exchange something yesterday for the exact same product, just a different color. I didn't have the receipt so they would not do an exchange, even though it explicitly says on their website that you can do an exchange without a receipt. I highly recommend that all employees are brought up to speed on current policies and procedures and/ or if they can't do exchanges any further, update their website. When I asked to speak to the manager, she got defensive and told me that the Dollar Tree website was lying. Totally unprofessional.

She claims that coughing into her sweatshirt instead of the air is ok. I had to explain to her that her germs can still get spread.
