This taco bell is a disgrace there service is horrible and the food is beyond disappointing I went to this location today 7/15/18 at 12:37am and went to place my order in the drive thru as my husband was going to place the order the cashier named Wayne F seamed he was unhappy to be working as we went ahead to place the order we had asked for two steak nacho boxes and the cashier very unfriendly told us they where out of steak which was fine so we had changed are order to a #9 combo and a nacho fries box the cashier proceeded to ask for what kind of beverages and we informed him of the ones we wanted from there we processed to add to are order with other items as we finished ordering we pulled ahead to pay for are order there was a car still in front of us still waiting for there order which took about another 10 minutes for them to receive once the car left we pulled up to pay for the food and noticed that the manager was next to the cashier looking at the drive thru monitor laughing at the next customers that where behind us ordering at the speaker making fun of them in the mix of this then the manager started to proceed to charge us and make are food order as the cashier stood to a side hiding and still laughing at the couple behind us as we are sitting there waiting for are food the cashier is in another world and didn't realize he had not given us are drinks then the manager comes back with are food and we had to go thru the drive thru to let them know that we didn't get our drinks and that there was a hard shell taco missing.when we get to the speaker I let them know and Wayne the cashier had an attitude and told us drive up.so when we drive to the window you see Wayne and some little Hispanic girl saying what are we missing.told her what we were missing and showed her the receipt.then she questioned us about the order.had to explain what happened and that instead of Wayne and the manager making fun of other customers on the monitor should be paying attention.then Wayne in the back ground derogatory comments under his breath and walking away.so I ask the little Hispanic girl for her name and she refused to give us her name cause according to her it has nothing to do with her so I ask her to let the manager know that we wanted to speak her. So the little girl turn around and screams brittany the customer want to speak to you then walk to the back then it took them 7 minutes to come back to the window and it wasn't the manager it was the little girl again she said that the manager was too busy to speak to us so we ask the little girl for the manager name to confirm it was brittany and she take a min and say it Monica and then tell her why did you say Monica if you were screaming brittany the customer want to speak to you.then little girl had this dumb founded look on her face and did not know what to say after that.so we drove off cause obviously we were not going to get any where with the employees in that store.so when we drive off were driving slow looking into the store and you see the so called manager hiding in the kitchen staring at us.....note for the franchise owner cause I know he own the taco bell on Belmont and Milwaukee location.it kind of sad that the Belmont and Milwaukee location does a better job on taking care of there customers than Cicero location or could it be cause it located in a better neighborhood. Cause I have no problem over there when I order my food also maybe you should hire actual manager that not scared and love to do there job to deal with your customer instead of hiding and making fun of...

I recently ate a A different Taco Bell and I liked the food, then I realized that there is a Taco Bell right by my house ( something I never really noticed) which is this one. I came here the first time and I was taken Care of right away, the staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The food they gave me was very good & exactly what I wanted. I came here a second time through drive thru and the person at the drive through was rude and wasn’t helpful when I tried to figure out the name of the food I really wanted. The food they gave me was not what I wanted but I was too annoyed to go back and say anything. The 3rd time, the staff that day was very friendly and helpful & gave me the food I wanted although the whole burrito and taco was falling apart completely and there was scarce meat in both orders. The 4th time I came here, I was really hungry and I wanted the burritos again, because although it was falling apart last time, it was tasty. This time I ordered two and paid for extra chicken. But the same thing happened but worse. There was no extra meat, there was cheese just on one end of the burrito and there was sooooooooo much sauce in, that when I picked it up, it was falling apart completely and there was sauce oozing out it from both ends. Read moreusually i have a great experience at this location (my friend and i go out of our way for this taco bell rather than the one on Roosevelt in forest park), but last night was a little disappointing. i'm not sure if part of it was because we ordered through the app, but they missed some items in our order. we ordered a 12-pack of the cinnabon delights, but they didn't have any. no big deal, they gave us 4 bags of the cinnamon twists instead. unfortunately, the cinnamon twists literally tasted like chemicals. we couldn't eat them at all, so they ended up being thrown away. when we got home, we realized we were missing chips with cheese, one of our burritos, and a taco. i called back and let them know about the missing burrito and taco (we didn't realize until later about the chips and cheese), and Jamie was awesome. he wrote down my name so next time i go, i'll get my burrito and taco. the experience wasn't the greatest, but Jamie made the whole thing a lot better.
