Cool little store, kind of like a museum. Some taxidermy, trinkets, wet specimens and uranium glass. When me and my sister went in a girl came in shortly after and handed a wooden box to the cashier telling her she wants to gift a Tarot Card deck, she didn’t want money she just wanted it to be at this store, saying that she doesn’t feel comfortable holding onto it. She said her roommate gave the deck to her and that she got it from an old Indian woman’s house that was left untouched for 15 years. It’s some kind of old tarot deck with a colorful bag inside a wooden box. She claimed she cleansed it with sage because she had a bad feeling or sensed bad energy. Beardo’s Curiosities is a very small shop but it has so much to it!, Everytime I go to this store I always come out with something, I don’t know what the owners secret is but he definitely knows how to give a little store the ability to always have something that will grab your attention, his wet specimens and his Bug frames are the best!
