I came in today as a new customer and my friend and I were greeted by someone working at the register. I usually bring my 11 pound dog as he is certified and always leashed. I enjoyed looking at the diverse pantry options that they have. As I was looking a man glances at me and says “you can’t have him here” and I stated even if he is certified? He proceeds to tell me that it is a sanitary issue, I understood and left. I didn’t see a sign outside the door nor inside the store. While in the store the two associates didn’t seem to know it was a rule either because I had been shopping for awhile. As a customer It is always hurtful when you are spoken at and not to. Today I came in feeling welcomed and left feeling not welcomed at all. I will not be back, I do hope they treat their other customers...
Read moreI love what they're doing for the neighborhood during the pandemic and what they are planning for the future. However, I stopped by today and bought an $8 loaf of sourdough bread (never seen a loaf of bread that pricey) and it was completely stale. I was disappointed after spending that much on a loaf of bread and it was hard to cut and even eat. Selling old bread also makes the bakery that produced it look bad... I look forward to what's to come though! I think they'll make a great addition...
