LK has some of the best sausages I've ever had! We get their chicken ones, to be slightly healthier during the week. These are never dry, and they are full of flavor! The caprese and spinach artichoke ones are excellent and our current favorites. The Mexican and chicken chorizo are not too be missed either! Their buffalo chicken, with blue cheese was a lovely surprise too! We do also get pork sausage also, the Vidalia onion ones are outstanding! Those and the standard brats were big hits at a recent family cookout. Their spicy country sausage made for great biscuits and gravy. And the teriyaki pineapple ones I got were fantastic, my wife wishes I would have gotten more! The lamb merguez sausages are so delicious also, I grab them whenever I see them! I never got a call so I called LK meats back on Tuesday to get a price and place the order. The person on the phone then told me he didn't know what I was talking about, he didn't have my name and number to call, and they were out of Boneless Legs of Lamb and weren't taking any additional orders at this time. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOMG. This place is amazing. We were visiting from Vermont and went to Findlay Marketplace as a place to see/visit. Never did we think we would find a place lik LKās!! We were drawn to the display case by the gorgeous looking and variety of sausages. We picked out several that looked interesting and then my wife went around the corner to the bacon display case. Well that led to getting some smoked bacon and a discussion on the smoking of it. We had a wonderful chat with I believe Ryan about the whole process. We are traveling but plan on cooking up some sausages tomorrow at the campground. Once those babies are sizzling I am sure I will have fend off other campers....
