As someone who can't handle meat or dairy after having my gallbladder removed, having a place like Harmony Plant Fare so close to home is insanely convenient. I've made my own seitan before but similarly to why one doesn't typically make their own regular lunch meat, it's more cost and time effective to get it from a business! I've never had anything that tastes bad from harmony and literally everyone that works there has only ever been super nice and very easy to talk to and ask questions. If you like tuna salad and you're vegan and can't have it anymore (it was the first thing I craved super bad when I started eating more vegan stuff)I HIGHLY recommend their tun∅ salad sandwich. Super flavorful and a wonderful texture. I cried when I had it because the one I tried to make for myself at he was SO terrible by comparison and they just have them available everyday! Their gyro is definitely the best vegan gyro I've ever had, the seitan is super flavorful and the muhammara sauce is spiced and complex in a beautiful way. The gyro itself is also pretty big, probably similar in size to a chipotle burrito, and since it's vegan it's going to be very filling and robust in flavor. Cannot recommend this place enough to area vegans and vegetarians, or even just normal omnivores looking for a great deli lunch without a bunch of meat! Salad isn't your...

I wish I could give Harmony more than 5 stars. I discovered them back in October and I have fallen in love with this little deli. I go at least once a week for lunch! I've had literally every single one of their sandwiches, specials included, and they're all delicious. The staff is so sweet and personable. They're always willing to let you try something and are always willing to explain a dish to you. I will forever support this business and you should too! If you're weary because they're all vegan -- don't be! The Italian is a great gateway into seitan and how amazing veganism can be. They have a great grocery selection as well for all your vegan needs! Their deli case is stocked with all sorts of yummy dishes, I personally am the biggest fan of their mac with the sauce, like I will legitimately get an entire container of it and consume it in one sitting. Please go visit them at Findlay Market, they are so worth it....

Harmony is great, the food is consistently good and as a perk you could absolutely fool a meat eating friend by taking them here… However, $13 for a sandwich à la carte with 8% inflation is not realistic, especially when most plant based folks know how to make alternatives of their own as well for a much lower cost at home- and Omni people will choose the less expensive meat option if push comes to shove. The chopped cheez has been taken off the menu which was arguably the most reasonably priced item. I really enjoy Harmony, like their products and hope they thrive but I hope that some revisions are done to pricing because right now, it’s just not something that can be a weekly or semi regular treat, and that’s unfortunate because I’d patronize them a lot more if I felt I was getting more value for my dollar while everything is getting more expensive, and they pride themselves on having so many...

Best place in Cincy for a vegan sandwich—no one compares. I can NOT recommend Harmony enough. First of all, the staff is so incredibly friendly and personable which is a delightful touch to the food they serve. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and potato salad and my boyfriend had the pickle grilled cheese. Everything was fresh, tasty, and did not lack flavor. They use quality (local) bread, which is the huge deal to me and their deli options are a treat including the potato salad that tastes like the real deal. Vegan food and "fake" meat gets a bad rap for being tasteless but Harmony breaks that stereotype with their killer food. And if you aren't vegan—you too will fall in love with this place. Even if you just grab a small side while you're perusing the market, do it!

All vegan which is a rarity in Cincinnati as of the composition of this review. Furthermore, it's the only place selling seitan vegan deli cuts within the metro area that I'm aware of. This place is great. They specialize in all vegan dips, salads (think chicken salad and potato salad types), and sandwiches both hot and cold. They also have a selection of prepackaged vegan which are cheaply priced. Considering the location as inside findlay market, all the products are competitively priced. Had the Italian sammie and whew lad was it good. I've been waiting and hoping someone would start a vegan deli in cincinnati and Harmony feels this niche perfectly. 10/10 I highly recommend for the vegan and non vegans alike.

Located inside a gorgeous historical market, this place is a treat! Based off reviews, and the fact that I was traveling for a trip, I only got some cheese. And it was the best cheese I ever had. I got the spicy jack and havarti. The havarti was tangy, and very good, almost tasted of dill. I think it would be better on a sandwich, or with crackers and olives than alone though. However, I did end up eating I think half the spicy jack in one sitting. Just nomming on it out of the wrapper. I want to know what peppers are in that because it is so good, omg. Next time I’m passing by in town, I’m getting a sandwich, some more deli items, and definitely some more cheese! They’re also decorated super spooky rn too👻
