I saw Lucca was hiring a position for the new year and I sent my resume less than 24 hours after the position was posted. I never heard back, so I sent a follow up email. Again, I never heard back. I found it disappointing but I guess I shouldn't have been surprised because I had previously sent several messages about a mirror on their website that has been marked out of stock for over a year. I wanted to purchase it so I emailed to see if it was coming back in stock, and never heard back. I did purchase another mirror, and when I picked it up from the store, the wood stain was still wet, and the hook on back was not properly attached. It was off-center. Thankfully, I was able to get it to hang straight on my wall after adjusting it multiple times. I probably should have posted a review after that incident, but I typically give small businesses the benefit of the doubt. Located in the heart of Findlay Market, a historic area of Cincinnati, Lucca is a woman owned home decor gift shop. They make all their products in house, and also do custom gifts too!! The most beautiful space, and such a fun experience. The staff are always the best, and the environment is always so happy. Tunes are good too!!! You won’t find anything like it anywhere else in the city. Best spot to find the perfect gifts for yourself, friend, loved one, or for anyone really.
