Review: Damaged Collectible, Zero Follow-Up from Unheardof Brand ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars)
Order #36492: Quick Shipping, But Damaged Item & Unresponsive Customer Service
I recently placed an order (Order #36492) with Unheardof Brand for a collector's item. While I can commend them on their quick shipping, that's unfortunately where the positive aspects of this purchase end.
Upon arrival, the package looked like it had been through a warzone. The exterior was severely damaged, which was immediately concerning, especially since the item inside was a collector's piece where condition is paramount. My worst fears were confirmed: the collector's item itself was damaged, specifically creased at the bottom of its packaging. This significantly devalues the item and is incredibly disappointing for something intended for a collection.
Immediately on July 28, 2025, I sent an email to Unheardof Brand's customer service with pictures clearly showing the heavily damaged box and the resulting crease on the collector's item. I expected a prompt response and a resolution, given the clear evidence of product damage.
However, it has been (current date - July 28, 2025) and I have received absolutely no follow-up or acknowledgment from Unheardof Brand. This complete lack of response to a critical issue like a damaged product is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.
While fast shipping is appreciated, it's entirely negated when the product arrives damaged due to poor handling (either by the brand's packing or the carrier, for which the brand should still take responsibility), and there's no customer support to address the problem. For a brand selling items that may be of collector interest, package integrity and responsive customer service are non-negotiable.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Unheardof Brand. The quick shipping doesn't compensate for a damaged product and, more critically, the complete silence from their customer service team. I am still awaiting a resolution for order #36492.

Last order I had made they shipped it and I received it next day. They included extra stickers & a handwritten message. I am actually blown away by their commitment to their customers.
You have definitely created a loyal fan but then today I get home after a long holiday and I have a Christmas card from you guys with another hand written message. Seriously, it is extremely nice to know that not only the product that I receive is amazing quality and fast shipping, but the team that works here is genuine and appreciates the business.
