Queen City Wine & Spirits — Local services in Cincinnati

The staff is always rude, they treat all their customers like criminals! They close early sometimes. Prices are much higher for items here than at other places, & the prices change from day to day or person to person. I watched 2 people in front of me in a line get the same thing & one paid more than the other (the clerk actually threatened to throw him out when he said something). I've bought an energy drink here a few times & the price changes every time! No it's not a sale thing. I try to avoid this store as much as I can even tho it's the closest one to my home. We need more convenience stores downtown that are nice, clean, friendly, & have better hours cuz...

Only liquor store near our hotel, walked a mile downtown to this rummage sale squalor pit of a store across from the bus depot filled with homeless cat callers only to have the doors promptly shut and locked an hour before listed closing hours as we approached. We were obviously upset but not as much as some of the local patrons. One man pounded on the window before throwing his glass of milk, like a glass highball full of milk on the street in downtown Cincinnati, all over the door while a fight was breaking out at the bus depot behind us. We're from Flint MI and I while nearly feeling at home, just can't recommend the location...

Only three stars because you guys are convenient before closing. But when the cops close your store down You should mop after. When mopping before closing I fell and cracked my phone screen Because I was rushing to give me some to drink and snack on Before I had to catch my bus. There was no wet floor signs out in each area like it's supposed to be. I'm really mad about this situation Because my screen is cracked on my phone and I Fell and embarrassed myself. That is ashamed that you guys can't just mop the floor after the cops close...
