I recently moved from California and I came to NY in hopes to find someone similar to my solon that I have been with for many years. I have hair extensions and I needed a hair move up and hair color. Yes it's more then what I pay then in California but that's to be expected with it being different area that's not the issue I don't mind paying if I get what I asked for. So long story short I got all over bleach retouch and after there was a toner put over and I asked to have just a shade or half a shade darker added to my rooted area so it don't look so stark well to my surprise it came out dark like reddish brown I never wanted that color and not only was it darker I looked legit like a cheetah, the dye was stained on my scalp as well and the lightening in the solon I couldn't tell until I got home and it was shocking especially when I asked if I could have it redone and the lady asked the solon owner what can be done and they said it was my fault because I asked for it even tho I'm not the expert and didn't know it couldn't be done. So I was told I can come back for no charge and was hoping to get my whole head redone and she mentioned let's just do the top area and we can do the whole head with your next appointment and I honestly didn't want to do that but I agreed because she did try to help with getting me in without paying again but after that visit it still didn't look the best but was better and was hoping next time I come in it would be better so I texted her and asked for a appointment again for hair color and hair extensions moved up and I have been getting no replies!!!! So she talked me out of redoing my whole head and then ignored me now?? That's not ok because I would have wanted my whole head done then if this would be the outcome. I have stressed to her that I have had horrible experiences with bleach so it's really hard trusting someone to bleach my hair so this is very messed up. It wasn't cheap service it's $100 a row and I had 2 rows and for hair color it's $180 and that's without a tip. My hair extensions have been sliding down as well just after 3 weeks of getting them installed and I have mentioned to her and no replies like I have mentioned. Please save your money and find someone who will not make you feel bad for their mistakes and I honestly deserve all my money back but it's ok this review is worth it to me. I wish I could rate this place neg it's not even worth a star. I would do your research and go anywhere but there even if you have to drive further so you don't get this treatment if they mess up your hair. Pics show spots like a cheetah it's worse in person she only re did my top and still not the best I can't wear hair...

I went here to get my eyebrows waxed and also get a lash lift + tint. For some added context, I’m pretty depressed and have been feeling pretty bad about myself for a long time now- I decided to come here and try to do something to make me feel pretty again. Rebecca certainly delivered. She completely understood what my goal was for my eyebrows, and kept their thickness and fluffy ness while still cleaning it up. She was REALLY attentive and keen to detail, which was also evident when she did my lashes. I assume that it’s not easy whatsoever to do a lash lift but Rebecca did her best to make things perfect and it was great to see her put so much care and effort into her work. It’s clear that she really, really enjoys and takes pride in what she does. Not only that, but she made me feel very very comfortable and safe- it was really easy to talk to her. I often get really anxious when going to places that center around beauty because I am not a woman who knows much about that arena and due to my mental health definitely have not been able to put as much care into my skin, eyebrows, hair- anything of the sort. She also gave me a little gift bag of those eyebrow spoolies, stuff for my eyelashes and eyebrows, and even gave me two undereye masks so that I could give one to my mother.
