Oh my God, after buying 20 plants and four trees, I love this store, but most importantly, the customer service here is fantastic from the minute. You pick up the first plant, and they help you. They packed it up, and I bought so much that I got free delivery. Who knew? Mary: That is probably the store manager. If she’s not the store manager, she should be the store manager. She is amazing. She has the most incredible customer service bedside manner I’ve ever received. And I've been in sales and marketing got 30 plus years. Her love for her work is outstanding, and every customer is like helping her first customer here. I bought so.much here for my daughter’s home and then returned and finished my purchases for my property, sitting on 3 acres. Mary, thank you for all of your service. You’re a doll. You’re why I’m coming back, not because you have such beautiful flowers and trees and everything else, but because of you and your customer service, and everything was with a smile and thank you. I had a situation where (whoever is familiar with Stihl chainsaws) the nut was on way too tight. I couldn't get the sprocket off to adjust the chain and I went to two hardware stores, Ace and Brinkmanns. WHAT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. At Ace, not only was my issue not solved, but I felt like I was taking away from company time as this issue was being resolved. Lo and behold, I went down Forest Ave and not only was I pointed in the right direction of who to speak to, they looked over my chainsaw and without hesitation took it to the back office where Jack, Joe and Brian efficiently handled a multitude of tools and return my equipment in clean working order. Jack didn't even take a moments hesitation to get to the bottom of my chainsaw issue, and for that I am very grateful. The only thing he asked as compensation was to buy an additional correctly sized nut and honestly I needed it like yesterday so it allowed me to get back to the jobsite and get everything squared on an evening. Would definitely recommend Brinkmann's as they were far more knowledgeable and fair than many of the surrounding...
