Brought in an iPhone with a cracked screen, it was repaired and the screen starting glitching. Brought the phone back and the second screen began to glitch as well. On the third attempt, the phone stopped working completely. One their third try, they told me they found water inside the phone and that was the problem. Now, when I brought the phone in, it worked 100% fine, but the glass screen was cracked. When I pressed the owner as to why they didn’t notice the water on the first repair he told me that it was impossible to see, and that there was absolutely no way there was any error done by his technician doing the repair. He gave me a partial refund, and I left with a bricked iPhone. After asking apple about this, they told me that the damage done to the phone was almost definitely caused by the repair process. I understand that accidents happen, and I was taking a risk having my phone repaired by a third party, but the owner of this business taking absolutely no responsibility for this is crazy. I would have gladly accepted an apology, and some accountability. If you bring your phone there, tell them they better check for “microscopic water” on the...

Angel is the man. Met him at his office on a Sunday (!) to replace a battery on my son's old iPhone 8. Which he did (in front of me) in about 20 minutes. The fee was so cheap, I actually added a tip.

Then I pulled out my wife's old iPad which had been broken for months. I told Angel it wouldn't turn on. He immediately said, "Are you sure your wife is using the correct charger?" Then he plugged in his charger and the iPad turned on, no problem.

And indeed my wife had been using wrong charger, one with not enough voltage to power the iPad properly

Amazing service and super fast. I was amazed at how fast I was in and out and with no compromise for quality. Within 20 mins I was on my way and my screen looks amazing It’s so nice not to have a cracked one anymore. Excellent service as I had an expired Groupon and wasn’t sure if I was going to run into a problem but the issue was resolved immediately and I’m extremely happy with what was offered.
