Not usually one to get on here & complain however I am very disappointed with my experience here. I’m a ex-hockey player who came here on holiday to skate with my nieces during free skate. Skate rentals were a nightmare! No instructions, no attendant, so it became a free for all of people grabbing their own skates trying to make the most of the hour. No organization, lots of missed matches pairs & VERY VERY dull skates. I had to swap out two pairs to get something that was remotely skate-able. By the time that was sorted it had eaten into a decent chunk of the skate time. My biggest concern are young kids & newbies trying to learn & enjoy the ice.
