Five Below — Local services in Town of Queensbury

My children absolutely love going to 5 Below and finding all new things. I wouldn't say their quality is great it's okay a step up from the dollar store pretty much. I have been to other 5 Belows that are way better but this is a new location so I will give that to them. The coworkers are extremely nice! They actually began to recognize us as regulars so that actually feels good. We had an altercation with a customer who stole money from us and was very aggressive the one front end assistant was able to break it up and get to the guy to leave she handled the whole situation by herself. She made sure we were okay and even thanked me for protecting my family against this crazy individual. As I was getting my children in the car a 5 below employee approached us and handed us the exact money we said was stolen and we were told that the crazy man left it at the machine and they said it was karma and gave us back our money which was extremely kind and unexpected. The staff ja lovely but I do suggest maybe more security or protection for your employees it was all women on the shift and not saying they can't handle themselves but maybe mixing it up with a few men maybe would prevent customers from acting crazy and combative as much. Seems to be not stocked anytime I'm in, worth driving to the next store in Saratoga which seems to have at least double the merchandise. I've been in the store a handful of times and have seen a single employee the entire time. Never was spoken to by them, you don't even get rung out by someone. It's a self bagging system which is cluttered in garbage and left behind merchandise. Majority of what they carry is unnecessary and poorly made products. Once in a while you can find something great but really...

Great little store, all kinds of details from posters to stickers and all of the little things for all ages, posters and plenty of deals for the household. I didn't even get a chance to see it all. It was a pretty busy time and yet fantastic, especially if you know what you're going there for. I'll have to go again when it's quieter so I can see everything. They have quite the variety and a hustling crew to take care of...
