Uncommon Grounds Coffee & Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Queensbury

What a gem!! I was excited to finally have my first visit. I’ve been to several of the other business locations and always enjoyed my coffee, breakfast sandwiches, bagels and of course service! However this new Glens falls one was overall over the top!! My first observation was the ease of location right in the mixed of the area but easy to get in and get out, then was the clean attractive spacious area, plenty of seating, roomy and bright. Next was the service being early afternoon there was about dozen people in line, there was two lines and two friendly smiling servers taking orders and cashing people out. Then it was observed that more help was needed a third smiling friendly helper stepped in. I was the lucky one to get her, she greeted me with joy, took my order and made a great suggestion on my now new favorite drink ( a dirty chia) my order was filled quickly and with smiles and appreciation. I watched the manager, check the area and greet customers warmly including myself 🥰 I left feeling so happy I had finally stopped, even happier when I drank my dirty chia and ate the best version of my bagel sandwich I’d had yet. Oh and those baker dozen bagels, still warm in the bag! Yup! Felt like a queen, thank you!! ♥️✨♥️✨♥️ I recommend Uncommon Grounds period, but this Glens falls location gets the gold star...

After waiting for what felt like an eternity for them to open, it's finally here. When I moved up to Glens Falls from downtown Saratoga a few years ago, one of the things I missed the most was being a short walk from the Broadway location. I am beyond thrilled to have one so close.

This new location has everything I'd expect from an Uncommon. The same delicious baked goods. The same bagel sandwiches. The same espresso drinks. The same cozy atmosphere. All at fair prices. The staff is friendly and well trained. There is clearly a contingent of coffee house veterans forming the backbone of the crew and showing new hires the ropes. Everything I've ordered has come out quickly and tasted exactly as good as I remember.

Suffice to say, I love this establishment and I'm happy to have one near my home again. An upstate grown thriving local chain of comfy coffee shops. It's nice to know that anywhere I'm at in the greater capital region, an Uncommon Grounds isn't that far away.

Great coffee, great bagels, great staff. Always a busy place, possibly the most popular in the area. There's all kinds of seating with couches, tables, booths and a big outdoor area. Regardless of how busy they are, there are always enough employees to compensate. The western bagel is my favorite and its such a pleasure to read there after the morning rush dies down - very nice decor with their own coffee bean machine! Check out the picture. I cant be witty here so ill give you the cheese. It's unCOMMONly good.

Changed my review after a couple bad interactions with a rainbow mohawk wearing person. Not necessarily rude, but quick and not friendly. What made me change the review was how the person put my coffee on the counter quickly, causing a bit to spill out. If they were busy i would have thought...
