TL;DR: Poor experience in several ways, and their cashier really didn't listen to me and wasn't knowledgeable.

I waited in-person close to 30 minutes for food, from the time I ordered to the time it was given to me. This may have been my fault for arriving at 2pm on a Saturday. At least 6 other people waited this long too. No chairs or benches to wait on.

Cashier didn't know their menu. l asked for their "Go Detox" quesadilla, and he had no idea what it was. I pointed up at the TV menu and said "it's shrimp and veggies," and he apparently interpreted that as just a veggie quesadilla. I received their veggie quesadilla menu offering, which had no shrimp and completely different veggies than the Detox quesadilla.

I specifically asked for no onions on anything, and both the fajita and the lamb gyro I ordered contained onions.

The quesadilla had woody pepper stems in it. As I was eating it, I thought it might have chicken bones in it, the stems were so hard. Fortunately, they weren't chicken bones. Unfortunately, I still had to spit them out.

In conclusion, I wish New Way Lunch was still at this location. New Way Lunch was efficient, they got your order right, the cashier knew the menu, and their food didn't contain...

I was just in your establishment. A couple of hours ago I got 2 sandwiches, the my friend asked for a crape strawberries they couldn't provide that at all I got charged. I got charged $30 for 2 sodas and 2 sandwiches, and a found I asked for a italian sub on a roll with no lettuce and no tomato and find out there is no ham, there's nothing does shameless very dry. There was pickles I asked for pickle on the side. They didn't give me a receipt. And I went back to ask for the owner's name in number so I can expect to someone else. And the girl literally went to fight me very poor customers service. I didn't business for well-known for over 30 years. And that is a very yucky attitude to work and an establishment with food and very rude and very nasty. She was going to hit me and I wish you would've. So if they don't sell ham or other stuff to make an Italian sub, she should have said. So I'm not gonna pay 9.00 for Salani and bologna sandwich I can do that at home for a.lot cheaper The people they got on there. I tried calling 10 × 2day. The phone had a busy signal for 10 times and then it went to a fax machine. Very, very poor service. I would never recommend this place to anyone... still in need...

I came to try this place out There used to be a newway lunch here. The atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming. They sell a little bit of everything here from drinks and food to tobacco and pipes. The food here was amazing we ordered the Philly cheese steak and the chicken Philly. The meat is well seasoned shredded beef on the cheese steak with fresh cooked onions and peppers. With a required for this sandwich cheap melted American cheese to round off the flavor. The chicken Philly was well seasoned and the touch of mayo was nice. The sub roll was toasted properly with a light crunch on the outside and soft on the inside and the flavor melted into it perfectly. When we informed them we were dining in this he had us select music to listen to a very nice touch for a wonderful meal out. The carrot cake here is fantastic nice and moist (sorry) with raisins in it and a not overly sweet cream cheese frosting with chopped walnuts on it. Highly suggest you stop in and try this place out. Wish I would have taken pictures of the food before...
