It's the best smoke shop that I know that in Hornell ,I have known the owner for years and has worked with me when I have bought in a vape and I specifically told them I don't do anything with ice .the person that is working they is suppose to know everything about mostly everything. and when they r sure you take their advice because they should know and when I go in there they will give me another vape not pleased and telling me this is the last time don't get me wrong it it's the best smoke shop here. It's the workers they r hirings they r the ones that need to know what they r doing , and about the &15.00 discount I think that observed. I have went here quite a few times to buy vapes, I haven’t had any issues until recently. There is one girl in there, unsure of her name. She is super sweet, helpful and polite. I went into the shop a few days before Christmas and the cashier was flirting with the customer in front of me and didn’t charge him for a vape because she felt very “Christmasy” saying “it’s on me this time” and then proceeded to charge me $35 for mine. I don’t mind paying for my vapes as it is a habit but I believe that was very unprofessional. I have bought a few vapes from this place that have died within a few days, when I call the shop I have been told that they can give me a 15$ discount when they do exchanges as they have a sign on the register about them.
