Disappointing Experience with a Staff Member
I recently visited KAY Jewelers and was extremely disappointed with the service I received, particularly from an employee named Kevin. Unfortunately, Kevin came across as unprofessional, inattentive, and frankly imbecilic when answering even the most basic questions about their products. When I asked for recommendations, he seemed more interested in pushing me toward items I said I didn’t want, rather than listening to my needs. His lack of knowledge and dismissive attitude made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. While I understand that not everyone is an expert, I expected better customer service from a brand like KAY. Read moreI recently went here to have my necklace repaired and to find a mother's day gift. And Justin is such an amazing employee! He went out of his way to find the perfect bracelet for my mother. I know it's his job but I've been a regular kay customer for about 6 years now and have never encounter a salesman like Justin. He was easy to talk to understood what I wanted and didn't look at me with those eyes you usually get from stuffy old woman who think you're poor by your looks.
