First off, wow!! I’m so grateful that Bodhi was able to squeeze me in for a last minute booking for a massage for my birthday. Everywhere else I wanted to go was booked and I really needed a spa day. Someone had canceled when we called and it all aligned the day of! The spot itself is super cute, I loved the shop downstairs, it smelled good everywhere, and the lounge upstairs is clutch. The assortment of teas and citrus infused water was a nice touch. I feel like there was a salt lamp or air purifier in every room I went, the bathroom was clean, and I loved the holiday decorations. I got there with just a few minutes to remove shoes (which I love), hydrate, and check in with my amazing massage therapist, Sara. I customized my massage to include deep tissue work with arnica oil, dry brushing, and energy work. Sara was absolutely incredible!!! I entered feeling fatigued, stiff, and erratic, and left feeling refreshed, beautiful, centered, and so calm. The massage bed was heated with plenty of covers etc for comfort and additional warmth. From a musician’s standpoint, I also loved that the music wasn’t too loud in the massage room itself, and was an actual playlist and not the usual spa music. I loved how Sara incorporated several hot towels throughout the massage. The massage itself was a decent balance between deep pressure, long strokes, and Sara used her fingertips a lot which felt like acupressure, which I loved! I really felt the old stagnant energy leaving my body and energy field. Sara checked in with me regularly to ask about pressure and was so professional with a very clear grounding presence. To top it off, Sara worked magic sending energy through her hands and touching upon my nervous system- a gift I’ve been needing and was so open and ready to receiving. The dry brush experience was also everything- she gave my limbs a 360 degree experience with some light stretching and movement involved, especially with the arms. I loved the use of an eye mask at the end to reinforce an energy of feeling suspended. The scalp massage was another beautiful touch and felt so good. I loved that she basically ended the massage from my legs/feet/root, to my arms/neck/crown. I will be returning and have already been recommending this place to my friends!!! We booked Bodhi Spa and Yoga for my bachelorette party, and it was such a memorable part of the weekend. The yoga class was definitely a challenge—some of us had a bit of trouble keeping up—but we still had fun and appreciated the experience. It got us moving and laughing, which is exactly what we needed.

What really stood out, though, were the spa treatments. Every single one of us left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely taken care of. The pricing was more than fair for the quality of service, and the attention each of us received was incredible.

My personal highlight was the Himalayan salt stone massage—absolutely amazing. A few of my friends had the deep Swedish massage and the signature facial, and they couldn’t stop talking about how great they felt afterward.

Special thanks to Madison, my massage therapist—she was phenomenal. To the entire staff: thank you for making us feel welcomed, pampered, and cared for. You truly made the day special.

BODHI Spa is absolutely wonderful! I've been going there every week (when I can) for about two years now and it's something I always very much look forward to, and even get a bit upset if my schedule doesn't allow for a visit.

To start with, the front desk is wonderful. The people running it are always very kind, accommodating and welcoming. I really like the space and the vibe of the spa overall.

I always go for a massage from Giana. She is fantastic! Before, I never liked massages, but had a sports injury and Giana was able to help me with that. Since then, I feel very comfortable with her treatments and I have been coming back ever since. Giana can somehow figure out what works well for me and mixes things up based on how my body feels and responds. I consider it a real privilege that I can get these treatments from her.

So overall, nothing but positive experiences at BODHI Spa. I rarely leave reviews but wanted to share this after coming back from another wonderful session. Thanks BODHI and Giana; you really make...
