Rose Ott can do it all. First off, Rose is a consummate professional when it comes to Interior Design. She listens to you even when you don’t have much knowledge of this area (me). Rose communicates her ideas to you without overwhelming you and without being arrogant like so many others in life. She is not pushy, and she wants the final product to look really really nice. She will work within your budget and does not have any hidden agenda. From the very beginning, Rose is transparent with the services that she can provide and the pricing of these services. My situation is that I own a condo in Long Beach that had been rented out for the last 15 years including 10 years to the most recent tenant. The condo was due for a major update and overhaul. Unfortunately, I live 40 minutes away, I’m not capable of renovating the condo by myself, and I didn’t have the time to even manage much of anything that was to be done. This is where Rose came in and excelled at all facets of the project. First there was the on-site consultation. From there I continued with the Design Services. This was invaluable to me. The Design Services included Rose using her contacts to get quotes from contractors in the area, ordering items and furniture, and even being there for many of the deliveries. She was in constant contact with the contractor that I used to make sure that they were on the same page. I can’t say enough of how thankful I am for Rose Ott. I recently hired Rose to design an open floor plan for my outdated main living space (consisting of living room, kitchen, dining room and den), and honestly, I am still floating on Cloud 9. Her skill for drawing up the most beautiful blend of functionality and aesthetics perfectly brought my dreams to life. Working with Rose was the best decision I ever made. She is a magician at doing things quickly and seamlessly. Rose has many contacts who were able to bring to fulfillment whatever I envisioned. I had the time to focus on other aspects of life while she handled all the ordering through them. She worked hand in hand with my contractor throughout, was on top of all orders and potential problems, promptly replied to inquiries and emails, and best of all, genuinely shared in my delight with each and every layer added to the overall project as it was installed. She promised to be there from start to finish, and she was. The project stayed within budget, and the final outcome exceeded my expectations.

All in all , this entire experience has been the most stress-free remodel, ending in the most outstanding results. My new home is modern, yet still warm and cozy. Everything feels so rich and elegant. I never could have done this without Rose. This is now a place I love to come home to. Her knowledge of, and growth in the industry never cease to amaze me. I could go on and on about Rose — her genuine desire to create spaces and reach goals that are uniquely me; the energy and enthusiasm she puts into her work; her kindness and good spirit in business and friendship. Bottom line, she’s my go-to...and after many years have passed, I still find myself gazing around my rooms and loving them time after time!
