I recently got surgery and called in my prescriptions for after the fact prior to the day of the procedure. 10 hours after the procedure, I still did not receive the medication because it "was not ready". Every month I have a hard time receiving my prescriptions and it is not "excellent customer service" like it should be and states on their automated 'on hold' message. Truly disappointed. Did I mention, when I called to find out when my prescription was going to arrive I got verbally attacked and screamed at on the phone by a male who would not state his name. GREAT CUSTOMER...

Pharmacist Matt and his team ( including tech Megan ) run the best pharmacy in town , hands down .
I genuinely feel that they care about me and my medical issues .
Some people say that the staff is rude but they are not , far from it .
I don`t require my pharmacist or his technician to entertain me while I wait - perhaps people do not realize that these folks have to pay attention to all that they are doing .
I appreciate their quick , efficient , and yes FRIENDLY service.... even if they don`t have time to tell me a story lol ( sheesh ,...
