Badolato's Gramatan Florist — Local services in City of Mount Vernon

Very disappointing...... I received one dozen long stemmed red roses on Monday. I'm sure they cost a small fortune. The stems had tons and tons of dirty leaves and thorns. There were more baby's breath than flowers. I know he has shopped here before but honestly I could buy nicer roses in my local Shoprite or Whole Foods for a fraction of what these cost and they would last up to 10 days. I ended up having to cut the stems all the way down and put them in a round vase because the leaves were overwhelming and so dirty. WHEN I CALLED THE SHOP AND SPOKE TO MS FRAN SHE WAS VERY WARM AND UNDERSTANDING. AS YOU ALL KNOW ITS NOT AN EASY TIME LOSING A LOVED ONE. SHE WAS GRACIOUS AND PATIENT. AN ARRANGEMENT THAT I WANTED FOR MY SISTER SOMEONE ELSE HAD ALREADY ORDERED IT AND SHE MADE ME AWARE OF THAT. YOU SEE, THAT ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS MADE A DIFFERENCE TO ME. SHE OFFERED TO DO THE SAME ARRANGEMENT WITH A DIFFERENT ARRAY OF FLOWERS AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! MY BROTHER AND MY DAUGHTER AND NIECE ORDERED ARRANGEMENTS FROM THEM AS WELL AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. GOD BLESS MS FRAN AND THE STAFF...

So glad I found Badolato’s! The casket spray for my father’s funeral was absolutely beautiful. The owners were very helpful and provided great customer service. It’s hard enough planning a funeral but planning one while living in a totally different state is even harder. They made it easy for me thankfully.
