I went to Porta Bella in Mt Vernon earlier today to buy some dress shoes and a nice dress shirt and I felt like I wasn’t getting any help. I walked around the store and none of the workers asked me do I need help but other customers there were being helped. The last time I shopped there, there were Arabs or Indians working there and they were very polite and professional. Now they have Africans working there and they help who they want to help. There were two African guys and I asked one of them that I need a size 10 1/2 shoes and he acted like he didn’t want to help me. He was too busy chatting with the Spanish customers. When he finally helped me he had and attitude. So while he was ringing up my purchase on the register, I told him I traveled to Africa last year and he acted like he wasn’t interested so he gave me my change and I left the store.
