Rainbow Shops — Local services in City of Niagara Falls

The customer service was horrible. Extremely ignorant to me and discriminating because of my religion. It was my first time visiting this store and spend a quite a bit of money, returned a simple top that did not fit to my liking. And the female customer service attendee gave me dirty faces, she insisted I wore the garment even though I had not telling me for 25 minutes ranting that I had worn it because there were "spots". My own sister was there to witness this horrible customer service. She then made me feel uncomfortable, and then I got my measly $12.00 in store credit waited in line to purchase this and another lady came into the store to return some items. The management then easily accepted these items no problem while I was standing there. I don't usually get upset, but I will never shop here or recommend this store to anyone. i liked the clothes, unfortunately that's the only thing good. the customer service from the people who work here is horrible. as soon as i walked in with my two children we were getting rude looks, my oldest was playing with a car on a table with some necklaces and we heard them say under their breath "some kids need to be taught manners!" my oldest is 3... he also happened to take the dog purse things off from hanging and an employee was freaking out thinking he wasn't going to put them back (he did!) when we went to pay, there were three of them busy chit chatting, i played with my card on the counter to get their attention, even though they clearly saw me, they still continued chatting. they also never asked me once if they could help me...

I absolutely love this place and the staff. I was there at the portage Road location on Sunday, September 1 2024, The manager on duty was very nice…. We come all the way from Toronto to come spend our money and we did just that she told us about the other location at the mall. I love that she kept her composure when dealing with a fellow Canadian that was being very aggressive and rude, and saying nasty things to her. I couldn’t believe it myself, so kudos to here and job...
