Prices have gone up and they're starting to charge for things that don't even make sense. For instance, why would you charge extra for a chicken fried rice or vegetable fried rice substitute in a lunch special when it already comes with pork fried rice? You never did this before? Why all of a sudden penalize people who can't eat pork?
Further, what is the point of raising the minimum debit card purchase to $7? Why was $5 not enough? It's already bad enough that you don't take debit cards over the phone in the year 2020, but now you're charging $7 too? Do you realize what year it is? Do you realize what happened this year? Do you REALLY think it's a good idea to do any of this NOW?

I ordered and paid for general sao chicken, a dinner. The man at the counter was rude but I was tired and over looked it. When I got home the chicken was really breading and the chicken that was in there was about the size of the tiny meat in the fried rice. Some pieces didn't even have meat in them. I normally don't return but I paid for it and was left with bread and eice. When I showed it to him he kept saying that's what you ordered general sao chicken. I said yes but there is no chicken. I live in Niagara Falls,i signed up just to leave this review,we just ordered $30 worth of food delivered,plus gave tip to the delivery man of course,well i also ordered a can of orange pop,it wasnt in the bag,we called them very nicely and the chinese guy said he put it in the bag and rudely hung up on us,3 times! i said does it make sense for me to spend $30 and lie to you about a .80cent can of pop? he said "F-U!" and hung up on me again,i think when Chinese come here to open restaruants they should be taught "the customer is always right"! they just lost some big paying customers at...
