We had a wonderful experience with SeeSight Tours today. Jimmy was our guide. He communicated with us before pick up and was very friendly. He was timely and so helpful and kind to our two children. We started the tour visiting the Whitlpool. It was great to get information about why the Whirlpool is there and the history of the area. It was raining, but we were prepared. Jimmy was so kind making sure we saw what we wanted to see and felt comfortable. Our second stop was to the helicopter launch place. Unfortunately, the rain, wind, and low cloud cover prevented the helicopters from flying today. Jimmy spoke with the gentleman running the tours and inquired about later flights in the day. There were to be none. I love that Jimmy knew this was something my husband and children wanted to do, so he was trying to find a way to make it work.

We headed over to The Maid of the Mist. Jimmy took care of the tickets while we waited under an umbrella. About this time, our daughter really began to complain of a tummy ache. Being a tough girl who seldom complains, we made the decision to let my husband and son continue with tour while my daughter and I returned to the hotel. I needed to get a bag from the van, so we walked back to retrieve it. Jimmy wouldn't not hear of me getting an uber back to our hotel. He graciously to us to the hotel. Our daughter did indeed have a tummy bug, so we were happy we went back when we did. Jimmy checked in on her hours later. Just a nice guy!

My husband and son had an awesome trip the rest of the day. They loved Maid of the Mist. Our son was so excited to enter Canadian waters so he could claim he got to go to Canada. The Cave of the Wind did not disapp.oint. Jimmy encouraged the boys to go up to the hurricane deck. They loved it! Our son came back so excited about that thrill! The view of the Horseshoe falls from Goat Island was spectacular by all accounts. Being properly soaking wet, Jimmy brought the boys back to the hotel so they could change for lunch. They then met him at Anchor restaurant. The meal was good. They brought me a to go Ceasar salad with grilled chicken. It was yummy. The cannoli was delicious!

We highly recommend this tour. I appreciated that Jimmy did the leg work and waiting, so we had a very efficient tour. I hope to be able to do the entire tour next time. If you want to be treated with professionalism and kindness while getting to see a ton of Niagara Falls, this is the tour...

Visit to Niagara was a dream come true. We had been for a day trip on July 4th 2022. One day before visit, we had booked tickets for 3PM 4 hrs tour from online viator site. Before starting tour we were worried is it really worth to take guided tour. But Eric Scalise our guide from See Sight tours made our day. He picked us from hotel at 3PM and reached Cave of winds by 3.20pm and got tickets with ease avoiding long queue. We got 4pm tickets and meanwhile Eric took us to LunaIsland, explained it’s history. Guided us how to pose for pics so we don’t loose the best moments and views. Inside cave of winds he shared us background story before we moved to see a short movie about Niagara. While watching movie we felt connected due to the prior knowledge shared by Eric. Best breath taking moments were spent at cave of winds and maid of mist.

Even though there was a holiday rush and he shared us lots of stories which never made us feel longer queue. Eric guided us where to stand in the boat at maid of mist, so we can experience best moments in horseshoe falls. We really enjoyed the experience. Also he guided us for view points for fireworks, we really got the best view.

As a individual we could have never covered certain places like helipad pick-up location, whirlpool. Eric has full knowledge about the places and we definitely recommend everyone to try this experience from See sight tours. Hope you will never regret!!!

Showed up 15 minutes early as directed with my party of seven people. The tour guide did not show up until 30 minutes after the scheduled start time. The site says each tour is capped at 10 people there would have been 17 in my group if my son my husband and i were able.to stay. This was scheduled to last 3 hours and it took closer to four and a half hours because the party was so large. Waiting for eveyone on and off the boats and on the elevators and so on. The tour guide left the party before it was completed because she had " another tour scheduled." My son got violently ill right before we started the tour and could not continue with the trip. I was told I would ve given a refund for 3/7 people in my party as 3 of us could not go. I had to email the company they then informed me by email they would not be giving me a refund. The rest of my party that did do the tour said this was not a true tour as the "guide" was not on the maid of the mist or in the caves. She just walked them to the next place. I asked for compassion on their part as things did not go right on their end either. They did not respond just sent me links to review them so here I am. Save your money. They dont care...
