DXL Big + Tall Outlet — Local services in Town of Niagara

They have a great collection, but the staff is not helpful at all. I live across the border in canada and was visiting the outlet mall for my annual boxing day shopping. I bought a pair of jeans and a belt and the salesperson was for some reason very hostile towards me, not helping me out, ridiculing the stuff that I was picking up. I did end up biying it as the collection was good and its hard to find good plus size clothes but I wont be going back. After billing I asked the said person about the return policy and suddenly he gave me an expression as if I have asked for his kidney. Then he said it is 60 days but no damage to the clothes and you should not need to return anything as you have already tried it on. Now for this particular purchase, I am not going to return anything, but bro I was asking your company's return policy, how did you blow that up. Sorry but I think I am not good enough to buy things from you, no problem, you won't...

Now that Jim doesn’t work here this place is useless. Without his passion and knowledge that store is nothing. The lady who now manages the store is super rude and arrogant and doesn’t even pay attention to you as she’s too busy on her phone with her air pods in. Horrible service. Too much to even type. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ll be driving to different locations from now on and will avoid The DXL Outlet in Niagara Falls as much as I can because that lady is rotten and your shopping experiences should be positive when hit spend hundreds of dollars. Terrible attitude. Was looking around at the dress shirts, took two and placed them on the side as I was still browsing. Salesman didn't seem happy about it, seemed disgruntled and put it back.

Decided against the dress shirts after the interaction. I wanted to buy a t-shirt instead, went up to cash to pay and the salesman just stood there and said "Seriously? You're just going to buy the shirt?..." in the most pissed off tone. Was about to pay with a $100 bill (we're Canadian and didn't have any other bills at the time) and was instantly rejected.
