Michelle and Louis were amazing to deal with they were so helpful and helped getting my daughter's computer back to almost brand new. Michelle was amazing and so sweet she even picked my daughter's computer up and delivered it back to her since my daughter is a student at Oneonta and had no transportation. Had a problem with a corrupt hard drive on my playstation so I called him and he knew what was wrong instantly. Was very straight forward about pricing and is well worth it. Dropped my playstation off and he had it fixed in two days, he gave me updates the entire time on what was wrong with it and how his progress was going.
