I was having trouble shifting my bike and I took it to Murdock's to see what was causing the issue. When I got the bike back I went on a very long ride and the shifting was effortless. I noticed a tremendous difference. They adjusted my handle bars as well because I mentioned I felt my posture was off and I wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked to have been. Similarly, I noticed a difference in my ride and my comfort level after they made the adjustment. The best part was I dropped the bike off at 5:00 pm and had it back the next morning by 10:30 am. Called, spoke with a male associate to have a inner tube possibly replaced on an electric scooter I had purchased. They said they could work on the scooter and when I brought the scooter down I was told immediately, not even getting a chance to discuss the conversation I had over the phone, that they do not work on scooters for liability reasons. So I said well I call and was told you could change out a tube for it... The man then said the policy changed within this past week Absolutely horrible customer service. Will not be ever doing...
