I’m not tech savvy at all but either of these guys get the job done and are very knowledgeable. I’ve seen bad reviews on this store and actually have no idea how that can be possible, there has not been a single time where I have not walked out of there satisfied with the service I have received. I have been to many Cricket locations, some good and some bad. But every one I have been in that are authorized retailers for cellphones 4 less have been top notch. I always get great service, and follow up! Sometimes you can have one bad "apple" in the "bunch" but I will say anytime I ever had an issue, the store manager or district manager reached about about my concern and it was addressed quickly. These are the best most helpful people so far, they were really patient when porting my number from my old carrier, which took a long time, but thanks to them it went by super smoothly.
