Whoever rings me up at the pharmacy is always professional and polite. Today was a little different. I got in line about 20 minutes before the pharmacy team went on their lunch break, and we had a potential snow storm blowing through the area- needless to say, the line was LONG. I was about tenth back, and there were at least another six people behind me. There were three people at the registers, trying to get through everyone as quickly as they could. When it was my turn, I went up to Autumn's register. I told her right away I was picking up a prescription (duh lol) but that I no longer had insurance and could provide a GoodRX code. She took my information and went to grab my prescription and then she disappeared around the corner. After a minute or so, I heard her speaking to me and peeked around- she was at another computer, asking how much my GoodRX code was for. I told her the amount, but that it was only for a one month supply, and I typically get 3 months worth. She told me that she had found a price for me less than what I did, AND for a 3 month supply. It's such a minor thing, but it made a difference to me, because Autumn didn't have to do that. When I say they were busy, I mean it. And when you can see a break time in the distance, I know you want to get there as quickly as possible. She easily could've taken the information I had from GoodRX and sent me on my way with my one pack- but she didn't. She took the time to find me a better deal, and I am immensely...
