In my personal opinion after finishing paying off the furnitures that I thought was decent. I am completely dissatisfied. The ONLY THING GOOD I do have to say that the lady that works there is the only thing pleasant about that place. Sadly I told her numerous at times that one of the furnitures that I was purchasing was extremely flawed and if they could come and fix it because one of the things I asked was if something is wrong with it can they ever fix the furniture she said absolutely well they came once and never came again to come and fix it we went in there numerous times every time to make a payment and tell them to come and fix it. They said they would they said they will call us that was a lie they never called us. We decided to finally finish paying off the one last item that we had from them and never turn back and look at that place again. When my husband received a service survey he completed it and proceeded to explain why he wouldn't go back to the store and his experience. Which is entitled to do sadly when you do that and they don't like what you write on there they will call and harass you and get confrontational. They do not call to find out what the problem was and how they could be better in the future for not only us to be able to come back and have a better experience but for other people to not have the same experience like us. In other words they were extremely not professional. They acted like this was high School and want to be competitive on a experience survey that you are entitled to fill out and be honest so that way they could have better skills on how to treat their customers. Not at all they decide to magically find the phone number that they supposedly called us numerous times to come and fix our problem to basically curse out my husband because of the survey. I never stand here and write reviews and when I do is normally to praise the company or to say how they can better themselves. But now I'm doing it even more so people know that if you're going to go and buy furniture from here expect not to be treated properly be ignored and if you fill out a survey be careful because they will call and harass you and get extremely confrontational with you like their children fighting in a playground. I am never ever shopping here again this was an experience that I will definitely be taking with me for the future. And I will be telling everyone who even mentions the store my experience. And I know they're probably going to write the generic messaging under this and I really don't care for it because I am completely disappointed at the fact that they went out their way to call my husband and start a fight good thing that my husband has maturity in him and has been in a professional field for a long time and knows how to handle people like this he hung up.......

I placed an order on dec 23rd for a washer and dryer, was wicked patient due to the holidays after the holidays my husband and I got multiple run around excuses, from the sales manager Megan told my husband her driver was basically projectiling blood so he had to leave, ok we understand u have a sick employee, then was told the guy she has there canât lift over 10 lbs, my husband told her if u can get it on the truck I will take it off myself, got told we would get a call back, then the other manager quit, then we got your washer fell off a truck, then was told someone gave my washer to another customer, then was told we could pick it up 2 different times. And while on way there I was told numerous times to continue to go there I get there and am told I am discontinued as a customer cuz of my behavior on the phone, then as I am walking out of the store I say thanks for allowing me to be a customer for my couches but not a washer and dryer I was already approved for! Then we get phone calls after that saying our washer and dryer are passed due! So I called today being 1/22 and told the guy I donât have the washer and dryer and I never received it explained everything I went through and experienced, then I hear him say oh we found it and u can hear the sales manager in the background snap her fingers and whisper to him which she sucks at! So then I get do u still want the washer and dryer⌠um excuse me no I do not take my lease off my account for something I never received and I will never shop at that Aaronâs ever again! I had the worst experience of my life, it was not even that bad when I got my couches back in aug of 24â!!!!    Read moreI ordered a livingroom set online on May 20th, 2024. It was delivered to aarons in plattsburgh. I received no call to set up a delivery date. So I called them and was lied to saying they called but never left a message. I have caller ID so I knew they were lying. However, I set up a delivery date for may 29th 3pm to 6pm. They never called or showed up. I waited to hear from them. I received an email on June 13 about my upcoming payment but still no delivery. They finally called june 17th. They said my receipt for delivery was left at the store so that's why it wasn't delivered. I again set up a delivery date AGAIN for tonight. June 20th, 2024 and again no show or no call.
