First of all I would never come here again. I wanted my jacket altered and she said she couldn’t do that because it’s too complicated to take it in. She said she could move the. Buttons and I said that was fine. Well it was $20 for two buttons, it took a week to pick it up because nobody called to say it was ready, and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone for a status update. I drove in wasting my time because nobody was there, I try again two days later, she answers the phone and told me I had to go over right away if I wanted it because the shop was only open to get someone else their items. Here we are two weeks later and the buttons are already falling off with the terrible stitch work, looks unprofessional. Never again, stay away...

Nice lady, but... Despite your reply to my previous review about your business hours, months later it's the same. Why not just post a sign "by appointment" and or "please call", perhaps U don't understand or realize that posting business hours of 9-5 but never being there wastes peoples time? People take time on lunch or on errands to swing by and nobody is there. No excuses about deaths in the family- I live here and I see day in day out.
