I would give a 0 if I could. I called on 1/23/24. The lady who answered seemed annoyed that I had the audacity to bother her to schedule a time sensitive appointment. She hung up on me, because she was clearly not capable of putting someone on hold. I called two more times and she hung up on me. After she finally picked up the phone, it took her 9 minutes to find the fax order. Then it took another 4 minutes to schedule the appointment. I called today, since I had no idea where to go, and come to find out that that lady scheduled the appointment for the wrong day. When I provided feedback to the lady who answered the phone, I got dismissed right away. So now we don’t value feedback anymore?! We don’t address issues anymore?! Have asked this office to share my MRI images with an out of state surgeon for weeks and it still hasn’t happened.

I’ve sent over a records release, called, had my surgeon call, still nothing. Their best advice for me was to come back to the office from out of state and pick up a CD of my images to then mail to my surgeon myself.

Wild that they don’t allow patients to see images online like Borg and Ide does.
