KFC — Restaurant in City of Rome

One meal wasn't included in bag, after I paid for it. Ordered two large size sides to have them only be half full, the potatoes without any gravy at all.When I went back to get the meal I ordered I went inside instead of the drive thru and the manager wouldn't even come to the counter to help me. They had music playing somewhere in the back that was so loud you couldn't even hear the employee at the drive thru window. Other than the car at the window when I came back the second time there were no other customers. This branch of KFC has slowly gone downhill for quite sometime. I don't blame the kids working the window or the counter. The manager allowed LOUD music to be played, ignored customers at the counter, and spent their time yelling to an employee in the back rather than conducting quality control. For as slow as business was the line should have been cleaner, better organized, and better prepared for a customer complaint. The colonel would be rolling in his Kentucky Fried Coffin if he heard about this service or lack there of. We’ve been without power since early Sunday morning, figured we could get some takeout for dinner for our household of 8. They forgot most of our order so we wasted lots of time and gas to drive back to the restaurant only to be met with the WORST attitude I’ve ever encountered at a place of business. Claimed they never got an order today for as many famous bowls(we ordered 4, so not that many) as we ordered, we showed them the receipt and received our food. Not a single apology, and ignored me talking to them. This was the absolute worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in any business. We finally ate our dinner hours after placing the order only to realize it was horrible food as well as service. The bowls have obviously been sitting under a heat lamp all day, the corn and chicken HORRIBLY over cooked, watery mashed potatoes, the nastiest thing I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating. Manager was very rude raising his voice complaining he was the only one working. Order was to be picked up at 245 when I arrived at kfc it was 245 .The order had not been started and I was told by manager he was alone and it would be a couple minutes then the manager went and took a car order and filled it then manager again took another car order and I reminded him that my pick up time was 245 it was 3 pm there was also another customer at the counter waiting to place an order at this point manager again raised his voice hollering at me again saying he is the only one working I explained I understand that but why are you taking and filling new orders when people are waiting for an order placed an hour ago .
