CHAKARR — Local services in City of Rye

so i would love to leave a review about the product that i ordered on April 30, 2021 however here we sit on MAY 18th, 2021 and i have yet to receive the item or even an email that it shipped. I ordered it and chose expedited shipping, received a conformation email with an order but nothing since. I emailed two times, i went to the contact us page on their website and left a question there, called the shop phone number three times and left two voicemails with no reply to any of the above mentioned contacts.
