Old coworker of mine recommended the shop. So my buddy and I went in to check it out, and grab some smokes. We were greeted when we walked in, and the staff was very friendly. However, once we went into the walk-in humidor, we started to notice problems. The humidor seems poorly constructed, like it was just thrown together. The sliding glass door, they use doesn’t look like it seals properly, and you’re also trusting that everybody that goes in and out is gonna close it properly. Did not notice a humidification system in the humidor at all as well. While we were in the humidor, the same staff that greeted us came in to check on us, and throughout our entire visit, whether in the humidor or checking out. He was asking strange questions. It was almost like he was scared That we were gonna say something negative. When we got home, both of us had issues with the cigars that we were smoking. Mine was having constant burn issues, and my buddies wrapper was flaking off the entire time in huge chunks. Since then, my friend has also smoked the other ones that he bought, and the same issues occurred with those cigars as well. To make matters worse two days later, my friend went to look at his cash app. He noticed that the shop went in two days after the purchase and charged him an additional eight dollars on top of, what he originally paid two days prior. Great place, great people, great selection! The environment is inviting and smells exactly like a cigar shop should. They have a large selection to choose from, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and will gladly help you find what it is that you're looking for. Have some time to kill? Had some time to kill, stopped in to smoke a cigar and lounge about. Got what wanted. The gentleman behind the counter was great and helped me select a cigar. There are comfortable chairs and couches and a huge selection of movies on DVD, although someone will likely be watching TV so I'm not sure how much use they really get.
