Absolutely love everything about this place! From the esthetic, to the people, product, prices and atmosphere. It relieves my anxieties about using something so controversial by knowing that they take safety and heath a priority, and in knowing that their Kratom is coming from only one farm and processing, so I will always get a quality and consistent product. Anyone who I have come in contact with here is beyond knowledgeable, and most importantly, didn’t act as though they “knew EVERYTHING”, or push any of their products onto you. They explain the known risks, and that there could even be some unknown risks, but the BENEFITS.. those are what was so helpful to have their staff explain. Very impressive. Loved the actual Kratom plants but most of all I really liked the product. I've been taking Kratom for 5 years roughly every four hours of the day time and have experienced good and some not so good, taste, texture and consistency are biggie in my book and it's hard finding a product that has the three. The kratom here is of MUCH higher quality than I’ve bought elsewhere. The gal that runs the store was so helpful and informative. She really took the time to help me figure out what I need best and is very passionate about her products. I’m a very skeptical person, but I did not feel like I was getting upsold or just having everything pushed on me.
