I stopped to get a pair of replacement lenses for a old pair of gascans. By the time I left I had what I came for and much more! The guy working was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and cool it was almost like hitting the store with a buddy. And everything I got was high quality and priced great! First off I’ve been a Oakley fan for a very long time owning a ton of their glasses. I Went into Oakley with the intention of getting a new pair of sunglasses. As soon as I walked in I was meant with snide comments from one of the employees (female with glasses) only to then be treated as if I was interrupting her. I promptly dismissed her and was approached by a male employee who was very helpful and genuinely seemed interested in assisting. Initially the two employees in the store had no interest in helping me with my issue. They're level of customer service was laughable. Later we returned to the store hoping to meet with the store manager but we eventually met with a woman who was extremely helpful and she made the whole experience worth while.
