Woman behind the counter was super rude. I called before going into the store to ask I f they were buying clothes and the woman said yes. I told her that I was on my way in and she said okay. When I entered the store carrying two heavy boxes of clothes she said that they were only buying clothes by appointment and she could not take them. This is the SAME WOMAN I spoke to only seconds before on the phone who said okay when I said I was on my way in! She did not say anything about needing an appointment or any thing else. Then she continued on to say that they were only accepting winter and fall clothes and told me that I need to take them home and look through them. I tried to be friendly and smiled saying okay and began to pick up the boxes to leave when she rudely said, I have to check out the CUSTOMERS behind you. WILL NEVER GO BACK. THEY DONT DESERVE MY BUSINESS OR THE BUSINESS...

This used to be a favorite of mine. But as of recently you cannot try anything on. That takes the typical enjoyment of thrift shopping away! To make matters worse If you buy and return you do not get your money back, just store credit. This is very frustrating, I hope the store chooses to open the dressing rooms again.
