Lucky Brand — Local services in City of White Plains

I have been a big fan of Lucky Brand jeans but over the years I’ve purchased I’ve purchased their clothing at other major retailers. That changed this afternoon, when I walked into the Lucky Brand store in the Westchester Mall in White Plains. As i walked in, I noticed that their were lots of great sale prices but I was more impressed by their extraordinary sales staff. Narda Brissett offered to help me and once I explained what I was looking for, she became my personal shopping concierge bringing me all kinds of jeans and slacks as well as sweaters and extra warm heavy duty shirts. I placed and order to pick up in store. It was cancelled without a call. I rang the customer support and they said they didn't understand why it was cancelled because there's plenty of inventory. I had to replace the order and pay for 2 day shipping which was reimbursed, but I'm on day 4 and no tracking information as to where the package is. Very frustrated and annoyed because it's a gift and the main number and the store don't seem to know what's going on...
