I have never been to Apple before because I never really had to but this was my first time going because my son broke his phone completely. Was not able to get an appointment because of Apple's security measures. As his phone was broken, we couldn't log into his account without getting the code that they texted to his phone. Long story short, we popped up at the Apple store and it was 1:00 on a Sunday. So needless to say it was busy. They were very accommodating and put us in for 3:00 appointment. So we had to wait 2 hours but it is a nice Mall to walk around and waste time. So 3:00 rolls around and we walked back in the store after receiving a text that they were ready for us and they were doing a free drawing class that we were watching as they were looking at the phone and checking to make sure it was okay replace with a new phone. I forget the gentleman's name but he was very nice and patient because my son didn't remember his passwords. Thank goodness I did but the last step to setting up the new iPhone was he needed his old passcode to get into his phone and he did not remember so the gentleman was very patient. 10 minutes later I was just like screw it. What is the worst that'll happen and he was like well. He won't be able to use any of his passwords that were saved and he'll probably not get some messages and like mine or stuff so I said okay. We'll take the Gamble and we left cuz the phone was already set up. It just wasn't allowing him to finish it without the previous passcode from 2 years ago that he changed lol. On the way back home though. He did remember the passcode thank goodness and was able to get into his phone completely because without that old passcode he was not allowed to download Snapchat lol which we know kids love 𤣠so thank you Apple. I really appreciate it. I appreciate the security measures but we can kind of make a little easier. Maybe kind of sort of to help people when they forget things to like. Maybe reset them without having to go through hoops to get things fixed but that's not the store's fault. That's a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHonestly, i shouldnāt left the store because i should speak up in good way. I was so exhausted from work when you are taking care of special skills students. I was rushing and then my phone fall out of my pocket and cracking on my back of my camera. The x0.05 zoom was blurry. So I thought I came to fix it, just only my back of camera and of course I need to how much it is $$ since I care my budget. However, it is not point. The point im deaf especially my friend too. We came to fix or replacement. So the first guy came( I forgot his name but heās black and does genuinely handshakes) he was helpful and provide interpreter accessible. I was speechless and happy to get somebody to understand what I need. Iām just not used to go there that much because my phone never break until today. Then, he told me I have appointment with somebody to help me with that. He left and then in 15-20 mins another guy ( look like Hispano man but big/short ,wear glasses , and wavy hair) he was not doing his job. As he should know Iām deaf because it doesnāt matter if Iām hard of hearing or not. I needed interpreter and wanted to give details of my phone situation. Itās communication and assisting. So the he brought accessible as iPad interpreter VP(videophone) , it was loading. Of course, so, I waited. He was nice first and then later heās rude when VP is not working and still loading in 15-20 mins. Impossible. The all VP should be pop up on the screen in 1-10mins at APPLE STORE. Even though, he ignored it in three time and looked at me in silent. I felt awkwardly and spoke with him that how much and cost me $345 got me confusing and isnāt right. I looked at him. He did not say anything and look at price. So I was like āokay thanksā I donāt have money to pay that camera but at same time I should ask āhow?ā But heās rude. He wasnāt helpful with accessories and not friendly with deaf community. Itās review of how I seen...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's the only Apple store that sold me a fake $1028 iPhone 6S Plus Rose Gold. It was wrapped sealed in plastic. When I brought it back during lunch time to put in the SIM card at office, the phone won't power on. At 3:30pm, when I went back to the store and ask why it won't power on, the Sue lady manager said it's not their phone and won't replace the phone. It was purchased only 2 hours ago. I had the receipt. No Apple employee was willing to help. I was thinking I got cheated of $1028 for an iPhone I brought in a real Apple store. I felt helpless. 15 minutes on I shout on top of my lung shouting Apple sold me a fake iphone. I kept shouting for 15 minutes on. Soon another manager John came and ask and I explained. He took the phone away. He came back 10 minutes later and said he would accept the return. I then brought another new iPhone Rose Gold 128GB $1028 6S +. He explained to me that the iPhone was purchased before and returned. It was wrapped sealed so the store did not check. It was then my luck that I brought the fake iphone. Going forward, I must power on and test the $1028 phone before leaving. What would of happened if I brought the phone new and sealed and shipped to China. Only later the buyer ask why it is not working. How can I explain or trust him when in fact the phone was brought in the store. Of course I would refuse to believe it. Thus the buyer would be hurt and I became a liar. So only in Apple store you can buy a fake same priced iPhone Rose Gold 128GB for $1028. Yes I still have the receipt. Hey I like Samsung S7 Edge better and will buy the Note 7. Yes I carry 4 phones now. 3 Rose gold and one S7 Edge. Soon to have Note 7 Blue. Topaz. ...
