I am appalled at the shear disrespect and disregard for loyal customers in the Yonkers (Getty Square) location. I was so disappointed to walk in 45 min before closing time for them to tell me half of their store is closed. The manager said âwe wouldnât get out of here until 11pm if we didnât close the downstairsâ. Iâve never seen or heard of any other clothing store complain to their customers about things of this nature. Thatâs what theyâre in business for. Iâll be calling headquarters as well regarding this store. Every other Rainbow that I personally have been in has never brought me to such disappointment in my life. He snapped at me and told me to go find it myself. Then when I was waiting to check out he looked at me and walked away.
