Rainbow Shops — Local services in City of Yonkers

I am appalled at the shear disrespect and disregard for loyal customers in the Yonkers (Getty Square) location. I was so disappointed to walk in 45 min before closing time for them to tell me half of their store is closed. The manager said “we wouldn’t get out of here until 11pm if we didn’t close the downstairs”. I’ve never seen or heard of any other clothing store complain to their customers about things of this nature. That’s what they’re in business for. I’ll be calling headquarters as well regarding this store. Every other Rainbow that I personally have been in has never brought me to such disappointment in my life. Words cannot describe the shear shock I am in that they didn’t want my money. My friends and colleagues are surely just as appalled as myself. Went here yesterday for help with an online order return and the staff was pleasant despite a customer's loud phone conversation making it difficult to process what the man at the counter was attempting to relay to me. Went downstairs to get shoes and the woman named Dahlia helped me and was very sweet : ). Dahlia asked me about my forever21 coat and we had a nice conversation. I came in today 3/26/23 and the male employee behind the register was extremely rude when I was asking for assistance with the shoes I couldn’t find downstairs. He snapped at me and told me to go find it myself. Then when I was waiting to check out he looked at me and walked away. Very disrespectful, he just proper training on what ‘ good customer service’ is because clearly he has None!
