I have done business with this business many years, because they use to have quality oils. I recently purchased some oil from them. I noticed that the quality was not the same. I took the oil back to show them that it was not the same strength as what I had been accustomed to getting. The owner's wife was rude and was not nice. Her employee confirmed that I have done business with them many years. She was still very rude. I honestly think that she was not intentionally rude. I think that's the way she is accustom to handling business in the country she's from. America was built on customer service. People do business with people they like. Read moreI dont know what happened with this store, not sure if its new owners or not BUT the quality in their oils have dropped significantly. They need to revert back to the old suppliers or bring the lady back who always kept the quality oils around. I will no longer be spending money in this store.

I knew the wonderful owner and had many pleasant conversations with her, now that she has retired the quality of the oils retired with her! I'm heart broken and so disappointed... This young guy is selling a terrible oil... it's no good... I WOULD"NT buy them again if you put a gun to my head.
