First let me say I don't really have high expectations of fast food chains. But if I'm writing a review of a fast food chain that means the food truly was bad and the service wasn't even worth the 10 bucks paid.
I've gone to this location at different times and its always closed on the inside. I prefer to go inside and order since I can get the errors corrected immediately and check my food. Nope I always have to go through the drive thru. I order via the mobile app. No need to talk to anybody and it paid sure. I made it as simple as possible. Just read the screen. Get to the drive thru and behold my order is wrong. So either you can't read which is ok, we can fix that or you don't care which is a worse problem. Not the burger I asked for cause I didn't order a burger... I ordered chicken fries and Fries were clearly sitting awhile. I typically order chicken fries cause it causes them to have to drop fresh ones since its not commonly ordered and if I tell you fries with no salt you can squeeze some lukewarm fries by me like I wont know. Then you forget the drink. I mean you work here hours out of day fulfilling orders....it should dawn on you that when somebody orders a combo meal...usually comes with a drink. Thats a given right? When they do finally get my order right chicky gives me an attitude. Do it right the first time. Do you honestly for one minute think I want to say anything to you?? Just give me my food so I can bounce.
Chicken fries overcooked. I mean almost rubbery to a point. Fries cold, no sauces. I didn't even bother to drink the drink. Just assumed it would be a disaster like the food. Probably watered down. BK support gave me a 5 dollar coupon to use again after complaining about the service but I doubt it would get used. I'll take the...
Read moreI've been a Burger King fan for over 35 years (one of my very first jobs was at a Burger King in Henderson, Nevada 1987-1988) - That said, this particular restaurant has had its share of ups and downs... infrequent hours (once due to a main water break, once due to staffing issues, and one time... they just closed early)...
When a manager is on duty at the counter, things seem to run smoothly - The burgers are typically crafted properly and have that "BK" signature flavor but the fries are another story! More often than not, fries are served a little cold and with less salt than normal.
From the counter, it looks like a deep cleaning is desperately needed... Perhaps a power wash!!
The dining area in this Burger King just isn't inviting! I'm not sure if it's the lighting, the table spacing, the cleanliness, the smell, or the arrangement altogether... I just get my order to go and keep it moving...
If you are getting a soda, have them make it behind the counter... The all-in-one machine in the restaurant is often out of ice, with half (or more) of the options on empty and like the front counter area, it needs a deep cleaning.
Don't get me wrong, if you bypass the restaurant and go through the drive-thru, you may not perceive this restaurant's shortcomings... That is if they are open.
Speaking of their drive-thru, after you order and start to pull up, you have to make a tight left around the building... make sure you keep to the left!!! There's a hole on the right side of that turn that could cause some damage to...
Read moreI ordered burger king through grubhub tonight. I ordered 3 double cheese burgers (one of which was ordered as cheese, mayo, and tomato only), a large fri, and a Hershey pie. I was given 3 whoppers, a small fry, and a Hersheys pie. This is not the first time that I have received the wrong items in my order, but how generous of you to give me ONE item that was ordered out of FIVE items. Purchasing through grubhub means that I do not receive a full refund considering I tipped the driver and there is tax. Absolutely ridiculous. These managers and owners of the franchise should be so embarrassed by the fact that these workers are so inept. Back in my home town in New Hampshire, there were special needs workers who never got an order wrong or put this little effort into their work. So much for "southern hospitality." I think the most pathetic part about it is that these "managers" are not going to leave their number and offer any sort of apology or reconcile the situation because they don't care. I put "manager" in quotes because all that is right now is your job title. A true manager leads by example, so you are either not setting a good example or you are simply not watching over your...
