Always liked the food, it’s excellent! The service, well, it is always something. From their menu being the wrong price online (it hasn’t been current in the last year and a half, who allows that in 2017?) to always being out of something but never telling you about it until you arrive to pick up your meal, and then not giving you a discount for wasting your time and inconvenience, to the attitude the staff have with customers when you pay for your food, the service really rates only 2 stars. It’s a shame because their food is really good, this is a place that I frequent at least once a month and it’s always around $38-$40 each time. That adds up to almost $500/yr. I am a great tipper, but I stopped that after the first time I had crappy service and it’s never improved enough to warrant me starting again, but my guess is not a lot of people there tip. It’s more expensive than Panda Express across the parking lot, but it has a lot more options available on the menu so there’s that. All in all, expect good food, but get everything down while you’re placing your order over the phone, and make sure they have what you want available the day you order it. . Ok, needed to get food near the house and fast, wanted Chinese so looked on DoorDash and this place popped up. Had great reviews 4.3 stars to be exact. Decided to go and place an order. First thing you will notice is the aesthetic, the inside of this establishment is scary. There were cobwebs and what looked to be the remains of what Covid once was. Screams get out of there vibes. I walked to the front to order, it’s dark and the lady didn’t seem to happy to see me there. Asked how she was and she just said can I take your order. Zero personality and zero customer service skills. Food was made fast, food tasted pretty good overall. My only complaint was the wonton soup was very oily. But overall the rice, boneless pork, mei fun, and honey chicken were tasty. However with the looks and the health score of an 81, I would probably not be going back. Sad because the place has potential but seems the owners just don’t care. I've been here several times before and always had good food and friendly service. The service was great as usual but my House Egg Foo Young Gravy was SOUR!!! I ordered my food a little past 8pm Friday night and paid a little over 15$ and got an extra cup of Gravy. I just got over food poisoning a little over a month ago so I prefer freshly prepared food but I still loss at this Restaurant. I'm glad I smelled the pungent odor before eating it. I'm a New Yorker and this is or shall I say was my favorite dish. I called to let them know and they said bring it back with my ticket for a freshly made meal. Not just no!! I will never eat from them again. Please be careful people you can die from eating from the wrong place or the wrong thing I almost did...
