OMG went here and received the best customer service ever first from Mya she was such a sweetheart and helped me so much they the three men that was working in there were the bomb they could have sold me water in the middle of the ocean and I would have brought it customer service was above and beyond shop here they deserve the business and on top of that the prices were to die for great pricing and great service I just found my new hair store!!!!
UPDATE: Went here 10-10-25 and the service I received today was nothing like the first service. I had an wig ordered and the color I received was not the color that was on the mannequin by far the owner says he tried to get in contact with me but I didn’t receive a call was told on the original day that I went that it would be 10% of the price that was shown get there today that was not honored at all then try to tell me that it will be an extra $15 because of the color but it doesn’t state that on the paper they have up and asked two of the young ladies that work there also said that it wouldn’t. So since they told me that it wouldn’t I guess the owner had an issue with that and stop the one lady from ringing me up to rectify that on the sales floor and the other one just blatantly lied said I had an attitude with her I actually herd her say it with my own ears and I never did have one with her. The only reason I shopped at this store is because of the Professional and care and above and beyond customer service that I received from MYAH she is a true gem a rare diamond she takes her job seriously and she does so extremely excellent with the customers but unfortunately after tonight I will not be back and the only reason that I even purchased the wig that I have is because of her and her outstanding customer service. I wish her the best of luck because if working with that other rude young lady you need all the luck you can get. THANKYOU SO MUCH MYAH FOR A GREAT AND WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ITS GREATLY APPRECIATED. I purchased a lace-front & was 1st told by the girl behind the counter, it would be a additional $5 charge to cut the lace-front. Remind You....... I've been supporting this industry for decadessssss. Not once was I charged for a product which comes "INCOMPLETE" to use, out-of-the-package ! So, I asked to speak 🗣 with the manager 🙆🏽♀️🙆🏽♀️....He Was Rude & Thoroughly Too Unprofessional, I Just Cut Our Conversation Short. Thus, I inquired where to further my concerns, only to be shown info, stuck behind the front door, where the tel # was incredibly hard to see. Anyways, he told the girl, if she charges for cutting & cut the hair, she would be fired. That tells me, she was doing so on the sly.....so God knows, how many customers she took advantage of, pocketing $5, for each cut already. Then, this guy, calling himself the 'manager' with no "CLASS" or "COUTH", says, they don't cut hair, but could NOT show any display or anything in writing, so customers could know of this, beforehand 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. Which is a boldface lie, as, I've purchased from 2 -3 other locations @ this precise store BEAUTY EXCHANGE. I WILL FIND ANOTHER STORE TO SUPPORT . They Already Had Very Few Customers & The Staff, Absolutely No Help !!! Read moreThis is a RIP off store. They have an Ethopian guy that works there name Dillion. He has the worst customer service that I seen. I went in to buy some gel and it was priced 1.99 except one was 2.99. He told me that I need to pay 7.99 and one of the co workers told him the price was 1.99 and that was on the merchandise and that I need to be charged that. He refused to honor it and had me waiting on the Manager for about 15 minutes . The manager came out and sided with him and told me that was a mistake and he wouldn't sell them at that price. Once again false advertising and they are undermining the consumers in the neighborhood and Dillions got the nerves to argue with the customers. I talked to a friend and she had the same thing to happen with her with their pricing and arguing with Dillion. They need to understand if it wasn't for us they wouldn't have a business. It is a beauty supply store on Memorial Dr. Just about every block. They need to get a better pricing system and stop arguing with people because we are buying things at face value. They are not that cheap especially if you don't know the prices until you get to the register. I was going to spend 50.00 dolIlars or more with the other products that I had The gel wasn't the only thing that I was purchasing. I have learned I don't spend my money where I got to play guessing games with prices and talked down too. I would advised anyone that shop with them to check your prices because it not always what you see.
